Sugar Crystals

Today I was learning how to make sugar crystals for our S.T.E.M challenge.
I enjoyed dipping the stick into the syrup and sugar.
I found it challenging to get the peg in the right spot.
Next time I would change the colour of it instead of purple.

Connect Four

Today I was a powerful learner because I made a connect 4 game board and a coin to flip.I enjoyed playing the game and doing the coin flip.I found it challenging to get the animation on the coin flip.Next time I would change the color of the tokens. 

Profile

Today I was learning to make a new profile template.

I enjoyed choosing the color to make it look good.

I found it challenging to take my photo because it kept stretching my head up.

My digital learning object shows I can replace images, use the camera app, change text and backgrounds and embed my DLO in my blog.

Next time I would change the color of everything.

Distance Learning Reflections

Today I was a thinker because I thought about my reflections and wrote what I feel about distant learning.

I enjoyed writing it because it makes me faster at typing.

I found it challenging to think about what to write.

Next time I would change what I wrote in the bubbles for distance learning.

Lockdown Hero

Today I was learning how to use shapes in Google slides. I made a medal for a lockdown hero that was very helpful during quarantine.
I enjoyed sing the lines to create a ribbon to make the part that goes around their neck.
I found it challenging to think of a cool design for my lockdown hero because my hero deserves the best.
My digital learning object shows that I appreciate the help that people give me.
Next time I would change the color of the ribbon.

Dinosaur

Over 3 days  I was a powerful learner because I kept on going when times got tough.

I enjoyed painting my dinosaur.

I found it challenging to get all the cuts right.

Next time I would change where the eyes are.

Candle Holder

Today I was faced with a lot of difficult challenges because I had to use a nail to punch holes into a wet curved can.
I enjoyed lighting the candle inside and watching it through the holes after mum did.
I found it challenging to punch holes in the can.
Next time I would change the wording to I love you mum.
